407 Proxy Authentication Required

Reason:

  • Wrong credentials

  • Wrong credentials format

Check:

  • API mode: api:YOUR_API_KEY

  • Login/password mode: YOUR_LOGIN:YOUR_PASSWORD

  • Host: core.beehox.com

  • Port: 878

Timeout / connection failed

Reason:

  • Network/firewall issue

  • Temporary upstream issue

Check:

  • Outbound access to core.beehox.com:878

  • Retry with backoff

Snippet stopped working after changing settings

Reason:

  • Old copied snippet has outdated parameters

Fix:

  • Re-open Residential

  • Copy fresh snippet again
